Like all Managed Services, you really don’t have to do much! The way the Managed Firewall works is pretty simple, and straightforward. Our Professional Services Team will receive your Managed Firewall order and respond by creating a new setup ticket. We will then contact you and ask some questions about your server setup and infrastructure. Next we will then configure your Managed Firewall rules to protect your servers and network. Pretty simple!
Any time you want to make a change to your firewall rules, such as opening or closing a port, please open a Support Ticket via your myCP control panel.
