To change your FTP password, visit the myCP -> GIP Account Management page.
Secondary FTP user account passwords can also be changed from the myCP -> GIP Account Management page. Please note, secondary FTP accounts are only available with Grid Pro and Grid Max plans.
*** Note: Per policy password information is not given in live chats or phone calls. When FTP passwords are changed, staff at Superb can verify that the new password is working if a ticket is opened.
