E-mail Quotas are not continuously updated; they are automatically re-calculated once daily (usually at night).
If you need your quota re-calculated sooner (for example, you were near or over your quota, and you just deleted a bunch of e-mail), you can force an immediate quota re-calculation by following these steps:
- Visit myCP
- Click on “Email Admin”
- Click on the appropriate Domain Name
- Click the “Re-calculate Quota Now!” link (in the Quota Information section).
