Enabling Anti-SPAM:
The Anti-Spam service is enabled for all accounts by defalut. It is not necessary to enable it unless you disabled it. To enable the Anti-Spam service, vist myCP -> Email Admin -> [your domain]. A domain edit form will be displayed. Under the Domain Configuration section, ensure that the Enable Anti-Spam box is checked. Save this setting by clicking the “Update Domain Settings” button.
Disabling Anti-SPAM:
We do not recommend disabling the Anti-Spam service. If you find that your legitimate messages are getting marked as spam, please try adjusting the sensitivity of your spam filters before completely disabling the Anti-Spam service. To disable the Anti-Spam service, vist myCP -> Email Admin -> [your domain]. A domain edit form will be displayed. Under the Domain Configuration section, ensure that the Enable Anti-Spam box is un-checked. Save this setting by clicking the “Update Domain Settings” button.
