You can refine spam filtering for your email accounts by doing the following:
Setting Spam Drop Score:
From the myCP -> Email Admin menu on the left, select Spam Admin. A list of spam rules will be displayed. Click on the required hits link corresponding to the domain you wish to change. In the Domain Spam Setting page, enter the desired value from 1 to 100 in the Spam Drop Score field. Click [Update Spam Setting] to save your change. Note: any incoming e-mail having a spam score higher than this number will be rejected outright. The default score is set at 10. Unless there are compelling reasons to change, we recommend leaving it as is.
Managing White List:
From the myCP -> Email Admin menu on the left, select Spam Admin. A list of spam rules will be displayed. Click on the [White List] link corresponding to the domain you wish to change. A domain spam setting page will be displayed. Here you can add entire domains or specific e-mail addresses you wish to be exempt from spam checking. Click on Update Spam Setting to save your changes.
Managing Black List:
From the myCP -> Email Admin menu on the left, select Spam Admin. A list of spam rules will be displayed. Click on the Black List link corresponding to the domain you wish to change. A domain spam setting page will be displayed. Here you can add entire domains or specific e-mail addresses you wish to be considered as spam source. All e-mail from those addresses or domains will tagged as spams. Click on Update Spam Setting to save your changes.
