For most clients, particulary those using our shared hosting services, the following DNS servers can be used:
ns1.superb.net
ns2.superb.net
ns3.superb.net
ns4.superb.net
ns5.superb.net
ns6.superb.net
For Superb Registrar customers parking a domain without hosting service:
ns1.superbregistrar.net
ns2.superbregistrar.net
Some customers with varying setups may require DNS to be configured to use different name servers. In cases such as this, you will need to use the DNS addresses associated with the DNS provider associated with the domain’s registration or the addresses of DNS servers configured for DNS self management..
Any Name Server that you set must of course have a matching record for your Domain that points to the IP address assigned to your server/website. Such records must be created or modified by the administrator of that server. For shared hosting clients, this is automatically configured for any domains you have set up for hosting with us. If problems are encountered with configuring DNS server the you can not resolve, please log into myCP and open a ticket.
