Unfortunately, the webhosting industry is a major target of fraud, and in order to keep our merchant processers happy (as well as the internet community at large) we must be very vigilant to screen every new order we receive.

We use a combination of automated tools and human intervention on each and every order that is placed to reduce the occurances of fraud.  In most cases, before rejecting an order we will try to either call the number provided or email with a request for further information to help us process the order.
