To change your FTP password, visit the myCP -> Change Account Password page. Please note that changing your FTP password will also change your myCP Password unless you uncheck the Change myCP Password box.
Reseller FTP account passwords can be changed from the myCP -> Reseller FTP page, or by clicking the Reseller FTP icon.
*** Note: Per policy password information is not given in live chats or phone calls. When FTP passwords are changed, staff at Superb can verify that the new password is working if a ticket is opened.
