You and your customers will have access to an online reboot interface.  Your customers will be able to login and enter a request for a reboot directly to Superb Internet.  You, the Reseller, are in charge of setting the usernames and passwords so that your customers can gain access to the interface.  Your clients will need to enter their IP address (this is the most effective way to identify your customer’s server) when entering their customer support request.  You will be notified by e-mail when and if a reboot request is entered in the system.


Server reboots and ping verification are free, however, if anything further is needed, i.e. logging into the server, this work is subject to support credit charges (1 credit = 15 minutes of work).
