There is a handy, little-known command that will show verbose statistics/information about a Windows server: systeminfo.
To run this command, bring up the command prompt (Start >> Run >> cmd.exe) and enter the command as follows:
systeminfo
Running this command will display lots of information about the hardware installed along with information on the Windows OS installed.
