Your FTP login is available on the myCP -> View Account Details page. If you’ve forgotten your password, you can reset it by visiting the myCP -> Change Account Password page.
Reseller FTP login information is available on the myCP -> Reseller FTP page.
If problems continue to occur even after resetting the FTP password, please log into myCP and open a ticket.
