Please note that if you received a free domain registration credit on signup ($9.95 value) and you redeemed that credit, we will have to deduct that from your refund as domain registrations cannot be cancelled. This is an industry rule and not something we have any control over, but you will retain control of your domain for the full year, and will have full rights to transfer it elsewhere or even renew with us with no strings attached.
Also, due to the costs of setting up dedicated servers, as well as the hardware, bandwidth, and power costs, we do not extend this offer to any of our dedicated server products. Please be sure that you speak with our sales staff to ensure that the service is appropriate for your needs before completing your order if necessary. Only in rare cases where hardware problems or other unusual issues that fall under our responsibility occur can management consider an exception. Otherwise, you will be held to our usual policy of thirty days notice to cancel your server. Our reseller program exempts clients from this policy so that they can cancel immediately. You must have a minimum of 5 active servers in order to qualify for the program.
