Your FTP server and login information is available on the myCP -> View Account Details page. If you’ve forgotten your password, you can reset it by visiting the myCP -> GIP Account Management page.
Secondary FTP user login information is available on the myCP -> GIP Account Management page. Please note, secondary FTP accounts are only available with Grid Pro and Grid Max plans.
Note, all GIP accounts use the FTP server ftp.gip.superb.net. If problems continue to occur even after resetting the FTP password, please log into myCP and open a ticket.
